POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent will handle accounts receivable for affiliates, subcontractors, and other tasks related to Powergen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Monitor account receivable and make necessary adjustments, if any.

-Prepare monthly CP usage billings of Sub Contractors & send them through email.

-Record business transactions of FMI Powergen Inc in Quickbooks once available, manually if Quickbooks is not yet available.

-File monthly BIR returns of FMI Powergen monthly/quarterly as needed.

-Prepare semi-monthly Cash Position Report of FMI Powergen Inc.

-Prepare monthly AR affiliates & AR Others report monthly.

-Prepare billings for preventive maintenance, consumables, fuel hauling, special project, fuel reimbursement and statement of account.

-Separate pink and blue copy of invoice and provide copies accordingly for other Accounting Staff and return original and yellow copy of sales invoice attached on the billing documents for Operations.

-Validate billings in Odoo System.

-Prepare the transmittal in every series of invoice/billing Statement in preventive maintenance, consumables, fuel hauling , special project, fuel reimbursement

-Update and encode sales invoice in invoice monitoring every end of the month and email to accounting dept. c/of Ms. Ruby Alabado,Teresa Maranca and Ms. Mylene Mendoza.

-Make journal entries

Qualifications/Requirements

Position Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related field

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-With experience is a plus
