Implements and set-ups global standards for Yamaha 3S Shop service guidelines.
Gathers service documents, judgements of warranty claims, issues and concerns.
Supports and joins any promotion event. Initiates service marketing activities to reach out Yamaha Dealers and customers especially remote areas.
Improves customer service by increasing degree of professionalism to all Yamaha 3S Shop and develops higher global quality staff that can offer inspection and maintenance services that builds customer's confidence.
Performs market survey, analysis and competitor's activities.
Educates all Yamaha 3S Shop's dealers and staff on warranty procedures, service operation enforcing the quality of workmanship and service performance and proper use of tools.
Takes care all equipment for all shop supplies and materials assigned including safekeeping and safeguarding for pilferage.
Conducts regular inventory of all tools, equipment and reports any losses or breakage of said items.
Collects 3S Shop KPI and analyzes for the improvement points next action.
Implements YMPH local System for all 3S Shops.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate in any Engine Technical / Vocational Course;
4-year Course related to Mechanical Engineering is advantage.
At least 1-year experience in Motorcycle Mechanic.
Knowledge in Motorcycle Engine Operation.
Knows how to drive motorcycle & automobile with valid drivers' license.
