Job Description

  • Responsible for presenting menus to patrons
  • He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items
  • He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers
  • He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes
  • He/She performs cashiering duties
  • Process cash, debit card, credit card and check transactions using a cash register or other pos system

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma with relevant experience
  • Further training may be required
  • Friendly, reliable, and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically fit
  • Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts)
  • Enjoy working with people
