Supervise the production and technical activity of production lines
Monitor departmental performance metrics to ensure production requirements are met
Provide the first level of support for any escalated issue during the work shift
Coach and counsel employees on performance deficiencies and document as required.
Target production plan and output attained.
Commitment to safety regarding the use of equipment
To take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company's quality systems, processes, and procedures
Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance and general issues.
To have an active role in the company's continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
All employees are responsible for ensuring that company resources are used effectively to ensure the best operating costs
Maintaining a high level of timekeeping is of the essence
Check and ensure the standard operating procedure
Ensure production target plans are completed.
Keep records and documents in a correct, data, and traceable format.
Ensure machines and equipment are constantly monitored to prevent hampering the operation.
Observe key performance indicators (KPI) and develop improvements.
Identify hazards to every process or area of production.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management,
At least 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Ability to analyze data and generate production reports.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
