Responsibilities:
• Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifies and assesses customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Responds promptly to customer complaints and queries
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Keeps records of customer interactions
• Ensures attainment of designated quality and productivity standards
• Ensures high level of confidentiality whilst working with sensitive information
• Recognizes, documents, and alerts your supervisor of trends in customer queries
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
