Job Description
Must know how to prepare financial statement, bookkeeping, and general accounting procedures
Responsible in the accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results.
Cross audit of the branches
Prepares government reportorial requirement such as remittances to BIR/SSS/Philhealth/Pag-Ibig and provides government documents needed by the branch on operational permit/licenses i.e. DTI/SEC
Maintains Historical Record By Backups, Filing Documents
Prepares & Submit All Bir & Sec Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Yearly) Including All Necessary Attachments Such As Alphalist, Sawt, Relief, Schedules, 2316 & Other As Needed
Adherence To Bir/Sec Reportorial Requirements By Keeping Abrest Of All Rulings
Provide Analysis & Recommendation Based On Bir Benchmarks
Provide All Documents For Loa
Assist Operation During Tax Mapping When Necessary
Ensure Operation Submits Report On Time Such As Cash Receipts Ledger (Or Monitoring), Inventory Report, Discounts (Logbook & Viber Group)
Provide Operation With Reports Needed By The Lgus (Business Permit Processing, Audit & Inspection)
Do bank reconciliation
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting Head from time to time
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
