• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance company reputation.
• Identify and evaluate new project opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate business opportunities.
• Conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify potential sites, emerging trends, and demand for construction projects.
• Monitor and report on industry developments, local zoning laws, and government regulations that could impact projects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure project funding and collaboration.
• Oversee the acquisition process, including site selection, due diligence, feasibility studies, and cost estimation.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s standards.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project development and compliance.
• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to evaluate project profitability and risk.
• Collaborate with the finance team to secure funding for projects and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track and analyze project KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management on project performance.
• Project Management and Coordination with the project sites.
• Assist Project Site in the preparation of project management instructions providing advice and recommended actions relative to compliance with the Contract.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of supplemental agreements, providing advice on clause insertions that reduce risk of claims against Employer.
