Job Description
A Training Coordinator is responsible for developing unique training courses and programs for companies and their employees. Their duties include speaking with department heads and HR personnel to determine training needs, implementing training programs into company procedures and reviewing data from previous training programs to determine their success in helping employees learn about the company or a particular skill.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
