Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
Previous experience in housekeeping management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning procedures and quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
Computer literate.
