📍Ensure that food is prepared, stored, and served according to established quality standards, including freshness, taste, and presentation.
📍Implement and enforce safe food handling practices, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention.
📍Plan and organize work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workload is distributed efficiently among staff.
📍Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to food quality or safety.
📍Maintain accurate records of food handling procedures, temperature logs, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
📍Graduate of 4-year course business related.
📍Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
