The position is responsible in implementing, coordinating, processing, monitoring, and supervising projects, which includes providing support and ensuring safety of manpower and equipment.
FORMWORKS
1. Has technical knowledge on the parts, accessories, and usage of forms and scaffolds which include the allowable capacity of forms and scaffolds components.
2. Is resourceful in the diversion of available forms.
3. Knows how to layout and implement installation of forms and scaffoldings as specified in the Safety Manual.
4. Knows how to implement installation of forms and scaffoldings.
5. Is generally responsible for the maintenance/repair of forms and scaffoldings at the site.
CONCRETE
1. Is generally responsible for the successful overseeing of concrete cylinder testing.
2. Knows how to conduct concrete sampling, slump and trial mix procedure.
3. Knows how to get concrete samples and trial mix.
4. Responsible for the systematic flow of concrete pouring from preparation, conduct and continuous monitoring of transit mixers' arrival, slump of concrete upon arrival and corrective measure of concrete volume delivered.
5. Responsible for the proper usage of concrete vibrators and acceptable finish of concrete surfaces; concrete surfaces should also be free of concrete laitance and other contaminants that could affect the quality of the concrete.
6. In charge of the pouring of concrete at the site
7. Responsible for the preparation and finishing of the concrete pouring job.
REBAR
1. Knows how to estimate and make cutting lists.
2. Knows how to get samples and is responsible for the testing; knows the procedure of rebar testing.
3. Must be aware of the general specifications of rebar bending, cuts and dowel with regard to the properties of concrete structure, including locations of rebar splices and development length.
4. Responsible for the installation, preparation and fabrication of rebars.
5. Responsible for the proper storage and handling of delivered rebars at the site.
6. Responsible for the monitoring of used and available rebars on site .
OTHERS
1. Knows how to interpret blue print plans and must know the basics of estimates.
2. Computer literate; knows how to accomplish, fill out, and use company forms that are related to the project completion and implementation as well as other administrative paperworks, deliverables and requirements.
