Position: Head of Department
Job Description: Leads and manages all ship design activities, from concept to production drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements, classification rules and client specifications. Oversees design teams across disciplines such as hull, machinery, electrical and outfitting.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 8 year’s of experience in ship design, with leadership experience in a
shipyard or design office. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or
related field.
