Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management
Trainings Required:
Performance management, and salary administration (8 hours)
Human Resource Management (8 hours)
Labor and other related Laws (8 hours)
Excellent problem analysis, problem-solving, decision-making skills
Excellent strategic thinking, and organizational planning skills
Excellent customer service or human business relations skills
Knowledge of the basic strategic planning methods, fundamentals of policy and procedures making, talent acquisition, learning, training, and development, compensation and benefit administration, event management, labor laws and standards, and basic organizational development tools and methods.
