We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Philippines.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in voice support within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we’d like to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Utilize our knowledge base to find answers to product-specific questions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Work Schedule & Setup:
  • Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or related roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.
