Job Description

1. Assist in preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates, schedules and programs of works, manpower and equipment deployment schedules of assigned projects

2. Assist in facilitation of preparation and consolidation of documentary requirements for project turnover and acceptance such as but not limited to as – built plans, building and occupancy permits, deed of undertaking, notarized affidavit, and pictures

3. Assist in the preparation of detailed bill of materials, prepares withdrawal slip thereof, and prepares job order for manpower deployment and assist in supervision of daily activities by the project’s construction work schedules

4. Assist in the validation of project cost estimates and program cost estimates and program of works with client’s representative upon submission of proposal to the clients

5. Assist in the procurement of services by preparing bid documents such as but not limited to bid forms, plans, and drawings and evaluating the results of bidding, quotation and proposals

6. Perform other related functions that may be directed by the company from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience as Cost Estimator is an advantage

• Proficient in using MS Office tools

• Team player and has good communication skills

• Can start immediately
