Finishing Supervisor

1) Oversees the final stages of product manufacturing

2) Ensuring quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely completion.

3) Tasks include supervising staff, managing workflow, and troubleshooting production issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

1) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
2) Experience in managing and leading a team of finishing workers.
3) Knowledge of different finishing materials and techniques.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
