COMPUTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - MULTIBIZ INTERNATIONAL CORP.

Job Description

Performs regular visits to assigned accounts at least twice a month or once a week.
Performs basic cleaning of printer.
Tracks printer ink and toner levels regularly. Refills ink and toner.
Performs regular print test page and generates page counter report.
Responsible for maintaining monthly printer inventory (update printer model and serial number, transfer of the unit to other departments, and update location of printer).
Delivery of repeat orders of ink and toner.
Assist in the delivery of billing and collection of payments.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Tech 3 – Technical Supervisor / Cluster Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree or vocational course in computer technology.
Preferably with TESDA Computer Servicing Systems NC II or any related certificate
With prior experience as a computer technician or similar roles.
With prior experience with LAN and WAN networks.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze and solve problems
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
With a valid Driver’s License with restriction code A.
