Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while driving service vehicle.
Responsible for securing and renewal of driver’s license.
Strictly follow all traffic/safety rules and regulations. Responsible for payment of penalties and damages in the event of a vehicular collision for any incident resulting from non-compliance of traffic rules and road safety.
Responsible for the over-all care, cleaning and basic maintenance of assigned service vehicle. Report maintenance problems to the service manager for corrective action. Observes the following:
Restrict operation of service vehicle against unauthorized personnel
Restrict unauthorized riders and passengers.
Restrict operation of service vehicle to official company use only.
Responsible for safe and complete delivery of documents, supplies, oil products and merchandise to customers and station branches by observing the following:
Follow proper loading, receiving and delivery procedures for wet and dry stock.
Ensure all wet and dry stocks loaded are secured.
Proper handling of perishable items.
Guards against theft and pilferage.
Guards against damage or defective products
Report employee or vendor theft to customer.
Observe efficient time management during trips/errands and ensure on time delivery of supplies and merchandise.
Strictly observe proper usage of Vehicle/GPS tracking system and comply with vehicle usage reporting requirement.
Attends regular staff meetings and trainings.
Performed assigned housekeeping duties as delegated by immediate superior.
Assist in monitoring and controlling the flow of people, merchandise and other activities to safeguard against the loss merchandise and equipment through theft, robbery or vandalism in the warehouse and delivery trucks. Report employee, customer or vendor theft to superiors.
Handles customer complaints tactfully and properly. Report or refers complaints to supervisor promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
Male, 21-35 yrs. old
Must have a valid driver’s license (w/ restrictions 123)
Experience in deliveries is not necessary but an advantage
Willing to render overtime and to work on Sundays & Holidays
