Recruitment: Find and interview qualified candidates for job openings, working with managers to identify needed skills (end to end process in recruitment from sourcing up to onboarding).
Conduct checks to verify candidates’ backgrounds and eligibility for employment.
Handle routine HR activities like managing compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, disputes, and performance evaluations.
Respond to job-related questions from applicants and employees, and direct complex issues to the right staff.
Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on local employment laws and best practices, and review policies to ensure compliance.
