Knows and stays familiar with station targets using Navigator board. Actively participates and contribute toward station goals and performance.
Operate POS machine and issues invoices. Complies with the standard procedure, policies and guidelines of accepting and handling different type of payments and transactions. Ensure variance for cash shortage/overage within the maximum allowable amount.
Gives excellent customer service in a friendly, smiling and efficient manner

Make regular cash safe drop
Secure all cash, cards, credit, vouchers & credit memos for the shift
Tenders all transaction in the cash register.
Give exact change & report unclaimed change by customers
Maintains alertness to:
Counterfeit or mutilated bills and currency
Fast change artist or swindlers
Station robberies
Customer, employee and vendor theft
Pilferage through product and price tampering
Invoicing and pricing errors
Preserve and prevent the loss of goods and services offered for sale by the station by checking, monitoring and controlling the flow of persons and merchandise around the cashier’s booth and lubricants rack. Follow inventory loss prevention by:
Restricting access of cashier’s booth to on-duty and authorized personnel only.
Restrict the use of POS, EDC machines to authorized personnel only.
Qualifications/Requirements
Female; between 18-25 years old
Preferably College Level
Can work with less supervision
Trainable and can work under pressure
Selling skills is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedule, overtime, Sundays and Holidays
