Job Summary:
 
As Accounting Staff, The responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and maintaining accounts payable documentation. You will also be assisting the accounting manager as needed.
 
Responsibilities for Accounting Staff:
  • Managing financial records.
  • Preparing financial statements.
  • Checking payroll records.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Handling reimbursements.
  • Closing monthly records and reports.
  • Ensuring efficiency and accuracy of records.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Enter accounting related information into business logs

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • With experience is an advantage
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Computer literate
