Admin Assistant 
Provide administrative support to General Manager, Department Head, and Assistant Manager in BO. Monitor and communicate strategic objectives to the department, ensure teams meet and exceed performance expectations daily.

Qualifications/Requirements

Admin Assistant

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • Bachelors’ Degree; preferably Business Administration, Engineering or any Accounting related courses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Schedule and manage the Director's meetings and events
  • Organize and maintain company documents and records
  • Handle both digital and physical filing, ensuring everything is properly categorized for easy access
  • Work with consultants to collect and file necessary records promptly
  • Manage project files and ensure documentation is current and well-organized
  • Help the Director document key project updates
  • Provide additional support to the Director as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
